A. Shipping

We have created a hassle free shipping process. When you are ready to ship, call our office and our staff will create a shipping label immediately. Then, we can either fax it or email it to you so that you are ready to ship out that day. For shipments with over 20 units, shipping is free. Shipments under 20 units, there is only a $3 surcharge per unit. We only ask that there be a 10 unit minimum in order to ship directly and enjoy our low price. If you have prior shipping arrangements with a carrier and prefer to utilize this method, all we ask is that you notify us when you ship of the respective shipment tracking number.

B. Turnaround

We adhere to a strict turnaround schedule. All cases are treated as “rush services. On average, we have an 8 to 10 day turnaround from the time cases are shipped from your office to when they are returned back to you. We realize, however, there are external factors that can affect turnaround time, such as customs and extreme weather conditions. These exceptions are possible, but infrequent.

C. Payment

As soon as we release the shipment from our lab, we will email you an itemized “Request for Payment” invoice. We accept payment through ACH transactions, PayPal, and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). Payments are expected immediately upon receiving the invoice.

D. Remake

Remakes are handled on a case by case basis. If you require a remake, we will need the original case accompanied by a new impression and a description of the problem. Once we receive this, we will determine where the fault originated and decide the appropriate action. If the mistake was made within our lab, we will remake the case at no charge.

E. Minimum Volume

We ask that you send a minimum of 10 units per shipment. This minimum volume is a way to keep costs down so that we can pass the savings on to you. If you do not meet this 10 unit minimum, we can still provide you services with our lab through our sister company, Global Dental Technologies (GDT). www.gdtlab.com

F. Confidentiality

BDL maintains a strict confidentiality policy with all of our customers. At no time will we ever disclose your name or information to a third party for any reason.
