Your lab pays for the shipping from your lab to BDL. BDL pays for the shipping from Beijing to your lab. For simplicity and logistics purposes, we request that you use our UPS account to ship to us, then we will add the cost to your shipment invoice. If you have prior shipping arrangements with a carrier and prefer to utilize this method, all we ask is that you notify us when you ship of the respective shipment tracking number.
We adhere strictly to our monthly turnaround calendars. BDL can only estimate a delivery time for your finished cases based on the date we receive the impressions in our lab, and will not provide “Rush Service”. However, all shipments are subject to routine customs inspections that, although infrequent, can happen.
As soon as we receive your shipment, we will email you an itemized “Request for Payment” invoice. We will begin processing the cases once we receive the shipment, but will not under any circumstances release the finished products without complete payment. No special arrangements will be made at all. Paypal is the only form of payment transfer we accept.
Remakes are handled on a case by case basis. If you elect us to remake a product, we will need the original case accompanied by a new impression and explanation of the specific malfunction. Once we receive this, we will determine where the fault originated and decide the appropriate action. If the mistake was made within our lab, we will remake the case at no charge.
The minimum combined dollar value of each shipment must be at least 300 USD in order for us to process. Please don’t confuse this with the “Value for Customs” which will remain a constant 20 USD. If the volume doesn’t meet this requirement, BDL will automatically charge your lab 300 USD for the shipment and proceed.
BDL maintains a strict confidentiality policy with all of our customers. At no time will we ever divulge your name or information to any third party for any reason.
