Welcome friends!

Or as we like to say in Beijing, Huanying Guanglin! If you are a dental laboratory owner, and considering outsourcing some of your current volume to China, look no further. Beijing Dental Lab is your source for high quality, wide selection, and low cost dental restoration production.

Why Outsource?

Why not? We all understand the limitations facing us in this industry. Whether it’s a growing shortage of qualified technicians, lack of resources to train novice technicians, or cost prohibitive technology, we all feel the pinch to meet doctors’ current expectation levels. Outsourcing production not only helps alleviate some of these headaches, but also fattens your profit margin on every restoration sold.

Why China?

China has positioned itself to be the current and future production outsourcing mecca of the world. With its unlimited supply of labor, abundant natural resources, and access to an ever increasing list of innovative technologies, China has become the international center for high quality, bottom line boosting manufacturing. In our industry specifically, China’s long history of ultra-attentive detailing helps us achieve the high standards we expect from ourselves, but at a much lower cost.

Why Beijing Dental Lab?

We at BDL have access to one of the world’s most efficient and fastest expanding production sources. Not only can we take advantage of the cost savings and quality levels you’re demanding through our access to the country’s best technicians, but also our international metropolis status connects us to the same technologies and training currently being enjoyed by western countries.

Furthermore, the foundation of BDL originates from the growing demand of western laboratories to find an outsourcing partner they can trust will meet their quality expectations without the intentions to market directly to western dentists. We have experience in satisfying quality, cost, and turnaround time expectations, and can assure you your lab will be pleased.

Lead Issue

Dear valued customer,

As part of the continuing efforts of Beijing Dental Laboratory to maintain the highest possible levels of consistent quality, materials and craftsmanship, we conducted another scientific assay of a random sampling of our dental crowns. The testing was conducted by Metals Engineering & Testing Laboratory; a laboratory accredited by the NADC accreditation program, which maintains a recognized standard for a high level of accurate, dependable metallurgical test results. The results verify that our crowns contain no hazardous elements such as lead, as you can see from the attached results. This marks the second assay performed on our products by an independent firm from which consistent results have been produced. The assay results, when compared to the dental certificates of the respective alloys, demonstrate consistency to within 0.01.

Beijing Dental Laboratory continues to maintain an FDA registration number, as we have since inception. You may also be aware that Beijing Dental Laboratory has always posted the composition of materials on our website. Our laboratory has tried to lead the outsourcing industry in quality and integrity.

As you know, the recent ballyhoo of the media with respect to the potential danger of lead contamination in crowns outsourced overseas have raised many questions in the dental industry concerning non-domestic dental work. These stories have obviously come on the heels of the lead paint toy scare, where toys were actually found to have lead contamination. Given the remarkable timing of these stories, we believe it is worthy of investigating the motives behind the allegations with respect to outsourced dental prosthesis. Please be assured that Beijing Dental Lab is committed to using only the most reputable, quality-oriented, and safe materials in every product, as we attach extreme importance not only to the reputation of our customers, but also the health and well-being of the end patient.

Here you will find links to documentation validating our commitments. Please feel free to use these if and when necessary:
